The Glasgow Garden Festival was held at Princes Dock, Glasgow between 28 April and 26 September 1988 . It consisted of hundreds of gardens, pavilions and exhibits sponsored by companies, charities and universities from Glasgow, the rest of Scotland and beyond. It was organised by the Scottish Development Agency, Glasgow City Council and Strathclyde Regional Council.
